At the rear, the architecture gives way to a resort-like entertaining environment. Expansive living spaces transition directly into the landscape, pool and waterfront, creating a backyard conceived not simply as an extension of the home, but as one of its defining spaces.

 

Natural stone, warm timber, deep overhangs and layered landscaping bring softness to the scale of the residence, while strong horizontal forms frame its relationship with the water.
