The residence has been designed around entertaining and wellness, with the backyard forming the heart of the home. Rather than an extension of the architecture, it is conceived as a destination in itself — a private setting designed for gathering, retreat and everyday escape.

Indoor and outdoor spaces connect seamlessly, allowing entertaining to move naturally throughout the home. Expansive openings, considered landscaping and dedicated wellness spaces create an environment that can shift from social to secluded.

Materiality plays an equally important role. Warm finishes, textural surfaces and restrained detailing create depth and intimacy while maintaining the softness synonymous with Mediterranean design.
