Designed in collaboration with Luke Holmes, the architecture balances mid-century modern clarity with Mediterranean softness

The residence has been designed around the founder and his partner’s lifestyle. A dedicated automotive gallery integrates seamlessly into the ground level. Not concealed, but framed as part of the architectural narrative. Vehicles are displayed as objects of craftsmanship, aligned with the same precision as the home itself.

At its centre, the kitchen is conceived as a statement in both performance and atmosphere. Expansive stone surfaces, layered textures and custom joinery prioritise function while maintaining restraint. The adjoining wardrobe suite mirrors this intention, proportioned, curated and built to endure.

Pronto is not trend-driven.

It is materially resolved, personally informed and architecturally disciplined.
