Kamari is a bold architectural residence delivered on a prime dry block within Mermaid Waters.

Defined by strong linear form and disciplined proportions, the home was designed to dominate its streetscape. Clean massing, expansive glazing and a layered material palette establish presence from arrival.

Internally, scale drives the experience. Elevated ceilings, oversized living zones and seamless integration to the pool and outdoor entertaining area create a home engineered for impact.

The kitchen operates as a centrepiece. Oversized stone surfaces, integrated appliances and custom joinery resolved with precision. Every space was designed to feel generous without excess.

Upstairs, the primary suite is positioned for privacy and retreat. Secondary bedrooms and bathrooms maintain the same level of finish, proportion and discipline. No compromise in execution.
